Cuban National Ballet was founded only 50 years, however, it has been among the world's top Ballet. Cuban Ballet’s performance style has a unique charm, which combines Latin American’s passion and the elegance of traditional ballet. Cuban National Ballet is one of the world's most prestigious ballet groups, which occupies a very important position in the Spanish contemporary culture of the Latin Americas region.

This special commemorative edition for this Asian tour will be the "Swan Lake”, directed by the daughter of Alicia Alonso- Laura Alonso. This version is extremely prestigious in the world, besides, it also has ever been presented in the Paris Opera, the Vienna Opera House and other large theater. Laura Alonso expressed the hope that this time can bring the best performing to Chinese audience.

This version’s "Swan Lake" is formed by the three-act version and epilogue. Chief actress of Cuban Ballet Annett Delgado plays the White Swan Odette. She became an excellent actress after the guidance of arts and skill from master Laura Alonso. What’s more, she has been in China for the perform "Don Kyrgyzstan Quixote "and obtained great praise. Her performance is delicate, and she has outstanding ability, however, she is good to shape the role, in addition to the strict classical ballet training in Havana, too, and her is doing performances for long-term all over the world, so she is exposed to many different related styles of ballet.

Cuban ballerina has always been outstanding for their physical condition, and is famous for that in the ballet world. The entire world's most famous ballet stars nearly have come from Cuba, of which there are a large number of the disciples of Alonso. This time, the contemporary ballet leaders Laura Alonso will lead the group of special commemorative edition of "Swan Lake".

This special commemorative edition of "Swan Lake" directed Ivan Alonso – the son of Laura Alonso, the successors and inheritors of the family business. He graduated in 1975 with the Cuban National Art School, since then, he joined the National Ballet of Cuba. After that, as choreographer, he participated in the creation of "pioneer youth" Dance, and insisted his uncle Alberto Alonso’s writing style, create a more many wonderful works, using the traditional elements for adding into the Cuban ballet.
